you use trapcode form it cost some bucks but it is really cool. It is a tutorial on AEtuts.com

BTW i know this looks really diffrent but it actual isn`t becouse on this tutorial the clip just turns around but on the montage it kind of does other things. But check it out!

Yeah the tutorial above is kinda what I based it off of, it does have a fair few tweaks to that though - just experiment. The 2nd form effect doesn't really have a tutorial I dont think so just experiment again
