Need people to play some MLG with - Halo Reach - Call of Duty: Black Ops

I am rather bad at Halo right now because I have just started playing again and I'm on a new account and whenever I go into MLG people never talk and that means I never win. So basically I need some people to play some MLG with who will communicate but don't mind me being kinda sh*t.
